Why do I have left chest pain at night?
I am 23 years old female . I am having chest pain on the left side for more than 3 months now and the pain gets worse during the night . I cant understand if the pain is due to gas or due to muscle sprain or the pain is in the breast. Sometimes i feel breathlessness too and the pain gets worse before periods

Pain to the left side that gets worse at night particularly before your monthly periods while at the same time breathless may be due to using heat packs and taking over-the-counter pain relievers. In case, the pain persists, it is wise to seek medical advice from a cardiologist.
