Why am I experiencing left chest pain and dizziness?

I am 28 years old. From last 2 weeks, i am having sharp left side chest pain/ heart, along with shoulder or collar bone. Sometime I feel dizzy and like fever also. Why it can be ? And what should I do and which doctor should I visit. Please confirm is it minor or can be major problem.

When it comes to chest pain, it should never be taken lightly. Most of your symptoms can have different explanations, but for instance, pain in the left part of the chest together with shoulder or collarbone pain can be a heart issue. Other worrying signs are dizziness and high temperature. Consult a cardiologist, who has expertise in heart diseases.
