Should I be concerned about left arm pain and chest uneasiness?

I am feeling pain in left arm, a bit of weakness in left arm and 93 pulse. Slight uneasiness in left side of chest. Is this something to worry about. I’ve tried to get an app with Dr. Ryan in malad branch but I am told he is fully booked.
