Heat Palpitations: Normal Test Results, Prescribed Medications Help

I am suffering from Heat palpitations for 4 months and too much pulse feeling sensation in back , neck and center of stomach and chest area. I have done all my test eco ecg thyroid cbc stomach but reports were normal. Cardiologist gave me two medicines Indever 20 and rivotril 1 mg (for insomia)
