Why does my chest hurt and feel bruised?

I got this pain in the top left of my chest it's feels Bruised and hurts and warm touch. There is no brushing or signs of anything to look at.

This may sound like there is costochondritis. It is the inflammation of the cartilage that attaches your ribs to the breastbone. It sometimes happens from being injured, overuse, or the abnormal movement of the body. You can reduce the pain by applying ice, taking over-the-counter pain relievers, and also resting. If the discomfort aggravates or stays, get in touch with a cardiologist.
