I had a cardiac ablation done on June 5th, all was fine but the last 3 days I'm having chest pains and a heavy feeling in my chest.

Chest pain and feeling like something heavy sits in your chest may be due to heart inflammation or irritation after the procedure. Correctly, the first step is to rest and not do any heavy lifting or get too physical. Make sure to complete your prescriptions.
