I train every day for the police admission and the application route is quite difficult and that's why the trainer does one-hour daily training and quite intensive. sometimes when it's too intensive I feel like throwing up, I feel exhausted and dizzy, and then I throw up and go back to training. He tells me that I am pale all the time, what should I do? I don't want to stop training and I want to continue without feeling sick I'm doing 2 months of training and I think a maximum of 3 4 times I vomited during training, when I was dizzy I usually went, then I came back and everything was fine before I vomit it makes me dizzy, and I don't have breathing problems, only when I run a lot, I think I don't know how to regulate my breathing when I run I don't take any kind of pills, I eat healthy, usually an hour or two before training. but the problem is, sometimes I sleep until late, then I eat, and about an hour later I go to training, should that be a problem? i am only 19 years old I did such trainings last year but not as often as I do now, then I did one or two trainings a week for a maximum of 2 hours and now I do 4 trainings of one hour a week, but they are much more intensive. and then I still had this problem that I would vomit but then I would return to training and feel that I was making progress
