I'm 49, haven't had my period for months now. I had unprotected sex in Dec 2022 on the 7th. Is there a possibility of getting pregnant?

Take a pregnancy test (HSG test).
As you are almost 50, there is possibility that you may have menopause soon so that's why your periods have became irregular.
There is no need to worry. Do proper tests.
