Why is my BP high with irregular heartbeat?

I'm having high bp, with irregular heartbeat which is very disturbing. I can't do my normal daily activities. My last bp check was 141/91

It seems that you are having high blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat which can be rather uncomfortable. These symptoms could be the result of stress, smoking, or unhealthy eating. Managing stress, quitting smoking, and eating a balanced diet are critical for controlling your blood pressure. In addition, you should also be trying to work out regularly and stay away from salt.
