Hello,Thanks for your query,
"As" per your clinical history is concerned you can take -(Cipro 500mg) twice a day for 7 days,add (Alkasol syrup) 15 ml every 8 hours for 7 days , do urine test after 7 days , drink more than 3 liters of water every day.
