How treat/manage Mild tr with diastolic dysfunction?

Mild tr with rvsp . Good lv systolic function. Diastolic dysfunction grade 2. Increased lap , symptoms - fast breathing ( not shortness of breath) .how to treat it? Or how to manage it?
