Hello,Thanks for your query"As" per your clinical history is concerned please drink ORS fluid frequently to prevent dehydration,add -(Ondase 4mg) every 8 hours for vomiting,Add -(Ofloxacin 200mg ) twice a day for 3 days, add -(Vizylac caps) twice a day for 3 days ,if there is severe pain then add -(Cyclopam MF) twice a day.
