Why does my left chest hurt when I move?

my left chest has been bothering me for two days now and i can’t really do anything and it hurts when i move it

You are having chest pain in the area on the left side which becomes worse when you move. Such pain can have many etiologies, including muscular strain or even heart disease. Rest and refrain from activities that exacerbate the pain are highly recommended. Pain that does not improve or gets worse signifies a visit to a cardiologist to determine the cause of the problem.
