Why is my mom experiencing arm and chest pain?

My mom is having pain in left hand arm joint and also have some uncomfortable in chest while doing some heavy work.Her ECG and 2D echo test are normal but in the report of tmt it is written that "TMT test is positive for inducible ischaemia.What does it mean and it it serious please suggest me I am very tensed.

A TMT test revealed that your mother has inducible ischemia. This means her heart does not receive enough blood when it is working hard, which can occur due to blockages in its vessels. Therefore, she needs to see a cardiologist for further assessment and treatment. Meanwhile, she shouldn't engage in heavy labor and take things slow.
