Is skipping high BP medication for 48 hr safe?

My mother had high BP issue and she's taking extor tab every single day but now she refused to take this tab because she feel very low and heavy even she feel like she will vomit immediately so she decide to take tab after 2 days means 48 hr .is this save ??

High BP (BP) medication may keep it controlled and prevent complications. Sometimes it is possible to miss the medication and your BP to be elevated again. Fatigue, heaviness, or nausea after taking the drugs may be side effects that should be advised by a cardiologist.
