My mother is diagnosed with TVCAD. CABG was suggested but cardiovascular surgeon said that it is high risk. Please tell me what to do and where to go? Please give some advice.

Triple vessel disease
Triple vessel disease is an extreme form of coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD develops when the major blood vessels supplying the heart become damaged or diseased. Plaque (cholesterol deposits) and inflammation are the two main causes of CAD.
Triple-vessel disease is a severe type of sCAD since it involves significant stenosis in any 3 of the major epicardial coronary arteries (i.e., the right coronary artery , left anterior descending artery, and left circumflex artery).
