My sister, aged 25, has been experiencing very weakness, especially after waking up in morning. She has been tested with Kidney, liver, brain MRI, Endoscopic but no issue found. What should we do next? Which kind of specialist to visit? Thanks

pl get her CBC done and check HB levels 

if possible few sessions of acupuncture would work well with her
