Why do I experience panic pain near my heart?

Sir mere heart m ek panic pain hota h tease type like a heart attack kabhi kabhi jb gas hota h to kuch jyada hi hota h aur sometimes kabhi kabhi tease ho ke khtam ho jata h leki kabhi kabhi 2 3 min tk hote rehta h

What you’re experiencing might be heartburn. The acid in your stomach goes back up into your food pipe causing this kind of pain. It can get worse if you eat too much or eat spicy food when stressed out. To reduce symptoms try eating smaller meals and avoiding spicy foods altogether.
