Why do I experience severe palpitations and breathlessness attacks?

What causes severe paroxysmal palpitations with breathlessness attacks affecting quality of life and depriving me from sleep? If all tests are normal: t3 t4 tsh electrolytes and cbc and d dimer and ecg and echo normal? I am long term user of oral contraceptive marvelon.
