Why am I experiencing chest pain and weakness?

I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, post partum cadiomyopath Am having chest pain, feeling like fainting, difficulty in breathing and irregular heart beat. I went to see doc last week for my appointment am taking Deffulide 20mg, atenolol 50mg, spiractin 25mg, lipogen 40 Vitamin b complex, vitamin A. They was a change for 4 days , they symptoms started again last night and it was worse in the morning very weak, struggling to breathing, coughing chest tight. Now as am typing its a bit better but body still week. Iam taking my meds correctly as instructed
