Why did a healthy heart stop suddenly?

I have described everything before and I am not satisfied with answer. I just want to know what infection could could cause this? He was totally fine, he used to do walk everyday, he had no heart issue, his heart was totally fine and healthy, so how could his heart stop and his didn't even have any b issue, so why this happened? Why sudden cardiac arrest or sudden bp drop? Please help
