Why do I have chest tightness, pain, and rashes?

I am 19 year male. I have been feeling tightness and shevring on left side of chest. Pain on upper back and neck. Heavyness on left side. While sitting it feels heavier and discomfort on left side and while walking it feels better. And rashes on back.
