Why is my heart pounding hard every evening?
Patient's Query
I am facing palpitation, which is I feel my heart beating too hard, all the time, specially from evening to night. I can literally feel it. I had ECHO and ECG 6-7 months which were normal. I did multiple ECGs, which were normal but heartbeat was fast around 105 bpm. Why am i having this pounding every time?

It's good that your previous ECHO and ECG tests came back normal, but a fast heartbeat, or palpitations, can still be concerning. Palpitations can be caused by various factors, such as stress, caffeine, or even certain medications. It's great that you've had multiple ECGs done, but with a heart rate of around 105 bpm, it's worth discussing these ongoing symptoms with your cardiologist. They may recommend further tests or lifestyle changes to help manage your palpitations effectively.
