Hi, I was playing football and me and a mate were tackling I went to kick the football and accidentally caught the front of my ankle on the goal post. It has no swelling but I am having to use my umbrella to stay stood up and I can't put much pressure on it.

Stretch gently your feet, wear the right kind of shoes, and apply ice over the painful area to ease the pain and inflammation. Besides, do not forget to rest your feet well.
