I am 32 years guy , I took hormone replacement therapy HRT for 3 months but stopped long time ago Since then I started occasionally to find a few drops of blood in my underwear a bit in the right side in the middle between the front and back despite that I never felt I ma bleeding and also I don't have any injury in this area. I made quick search I found that sometimes happens for a transwoman and is called "Breakthrough" bleeding Just not sure what it is exactly and where this blood came from Is it anything like menstrual bleeding? so if you have an idea about it would be kind to let me know
