Yeğenim yüksek bilirubin tedavisi görüyordu ve bu sırada +ve UTI ile Kan/idrar testi yapıldı. MCU, X-Ray'de açıkça görülemeyen PUV'yi önerdi. Bir cerrah ameliyattan bahsetti, başka bir Ürolog ise hiçbir şeyin gerekli olmadığını, bunun net olmadığını ve çocukta ateş veya idrar yolu enfeksiyonu belirtileri bulunmadığını söyledi. Tavsiye lütfen.

Yeğeniniz bilirubin yüksekliği açısından izlendi, bu iyi bir şey. Pozitif UTI ve belki de PUV içeren bir bilmecedir. Semptomlar ateş ve idrar yolu enfeksiyonlarını içerir. PUV idrar akışını engelleyebilir. Ameliyat gerekli olabilir ama röntgende belli olmuyor. Ateş veya semptom yoksa hemen acele etmeyin. Doktorlarla çalışmaya devam edin.

Rica ederim. Hocam idrar problemim var.. İdrar yavaş geliyor ve penisin temizlenmesi yarım saat sürüyor.. İyi miktarda su kullanıyorum ama akıntısı iyi değil ve rengi soluk çoğunlukla kabızlık da çekiyorum. Ama hiçbir ağrım yok. Ve alt karın ağırlığını hissediyorum. Ve daha büyük boyutta. Lütfen iyi bir ilaç önerin. Teşekkürler.
