i am 20 year old male i am having a mild not constant (but it lasts long) ache in my left testicle specifically at low part of it for about 10 days and I'm peeing frequently lately especially at night, and my left testicle is hanging way more than the right one and i think it feels bigger than the right one too (no lumps found) and i'm very worried about it being cancer or something bad

Blood is coming in urine which earlier also happened Did sonography and it shows Bladder wall appears mildly thickened measures 4.5 mm. Internal echoes and sediments are noted in urinary bladder. Prostate is normal in size and it measures 3.5 x 2.6 x 4.0 cms (Weight - 19 gms). Prevoid volume bladder is 260 cc. Residual urine is seen in the post void bladder is 57 cc. Please advice

You may be suffering from cystitis, which means the bladder has inflamed. It may happen that blood will show in the urine. The thickening of the wall of the bladder and the presence of sediments are indications of this. The residual urine left in the bladder after urination may also be causing issues.
