I am 62 year old. I have been taking medicine for last 4-5 year. Heart pumping was set at 42% from last 3 year , but I had got heat attack 2 times and now pumping work at 30% and No blockage, now what should I will do ?

The causes of your father’s chest pain and burning sensations include acid reflux, anxiety or medication side effect. But considering his past medical history of ischemic stroke and age, a cardiac cause must be excluded. I suggest a cardiologist referral for further evaluation and treatment.
