I am 49 years old. It has been a month now I have noticed that I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation during urinating. I consulted with my gynec and she prescribed vaginal suppositories. Initially I got relief but then again it started. I feel the need to go to the washroom more frequently than usual. I am not diabetic. After all this, I didn't take it seriously. But for the last 2-3 days I had difficulties in holding it. Now I feel this is very serious because I am not old enough for this problem. I searched on the internet and found it could be a reason for bladder cancer. Is that so? Please refer to a good female doctor. I am perplexed about all these and it's making my life miserable.

Hi , don’t worry abt cancer and all.I feel it’s a urinary tract infection, get a urine routine microscopy test followed by urine culture and sensitivity.If urine routine report shows pus cells and bacteria then our diagnosis is confirmed. Visit a gynecologist with your reports.

The term triple-negative breast cancer means that the cancer cells do not have estrogen or progesterone receptors and does not make too much of the protein called HER2. ( therefore the cells test "negative" on all 3 tests.)

Triple-negative breast cancer has less treatment options available than other types of invasive breast cancer. The reason being the cancer cells do not have enough estrogen or progesterone receptors or HER2 protein for hormone therapy or targeted drugs to work.

Treatment options are chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery mainly. But consulting clinician on time and starting the treatment is important. Regular follow up with doctor with lifestyle modifications and counselling will help. Consult an oncologist.

He is infected of perenial fistula. And for years ,almost 9 surgeries was operated for him. And his colonscopy result before 1 and half year said normal. But now when MRI is taken ,shows some small tumors and may be T4N1MX adenocarcinoma cancer IS created but the other results like colonoscopy says normal , biopsy result says non diagnostic, CT SCAN result says it is better for him to take the test after 6 months, the blood test says normal and other organs like kidney, liver...are all normal. He has normal medical result apart from the cancer and now he is taking chemiotherapy treatment so what shall I do

She needs a stage-wise diagnosis and treatment which may include CT scan or PET CT.
