If the chest pain is severe, prolonged, or associated with other symptoms like shortness of breath, nausea, or lightheadedness, seek medical attention immediately. Don't ignore chest pain, even if you suspect it may not be heart related. Consult your nearest cardiologist or heart hospital.

Without more information I can't say much. I feel you should talk to your doctor about it as he has more knowledge about your individual condition. He can guide you the best and clear all your doubts. Please let me know if you need any other help. Thanks.

If your ECG is normal then the pain may be due to muscle strain, anxiety or acid reflux. If medicines are not giving permanent relief, then talk to a doctor again, they may suggest few tests to find the exact reason of pain.

Perhaps your muscle strain caused the soreness, or maybe acid reflux triggered heartburn. However, chest pain could signify heart troubles too. When you experience tightness, pressure, or pain there, relax undisturbed. Yet if symptoms worsen rapidly, see a cardiologist right away.
