Questions & Answers on "Sexology Treatment" (1233)
Will applying estrogen cream directly to my penis and scrotum cause permanent atrophy to my genitals? I want to make my genitals shrink as much as possible, to infant sized or even smaller. I'm aware of the other effects estrogen will have, but my only concern is to shrink my genitals to near non-existent, permanently and irreversibly. Open to any other non-surgical methods as well
Male | 55
Using estrogen cream to sensitive areas such as the penis and scrotum may change tissues and cause atrophy because of which this may be a temporary issue but not a lasting one. Serious consequences are usually the result of more widespread hormonal treatment or surgical intervention. It is of great importance to first consult a sexologist who will guide you through safe methods of attaining the required outcome. They can give you a custom-made piece of advice that would be on your needs and your general health factors.

Male | 22
Hello, at your age of 22yrs the problem of premature ejaculation must have some reason.... More information is needed to help you with proper solution. Your problem of premature ejaculation is most common sexual problem in all ages of men. Fortunately it has high recovery rate through ayurvedic medications.
I am explaining you briefly about premature ejaculation so that it will eliminate your fears.
In premature ejaculation men come out very fast, Men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes. So the female partner remains unsatisfied.
This may be due to so many factors like more heat in the body, excessive sex feelings, hyper sensitivity of the penis glands, thin semen, general nerves weakness, excessive masturbation, excessive Porn watching, and High cholesterol. High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, tension, stress etc.
This problem of premature ejaculation is very much treatable.
I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines.
Take shatavaradi churan half teaspoon in the morning and one in the night,
Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night.
Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night, and take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food.
All three preferably with hot milk or with water.
Avoid junk food, oily, more spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.
Start doing yoga. Pranayam, meditation, Vajroli mudra, Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 1 hour a day.
Start taking hot milk twice a day also 2 to 3 dates in the morning and in the night with the milk.
DO all this for 3 months and see the results.
If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or to a good sexologist.

With HIV, which is the virus that causes AIDS, it is difficult to get it by having oral sex with someone. Some signs that someone might have HIV include feeling like you have the flu, being very tired, or having swelling in your glands. I am having erection problem
Male | 32
It could be because you’re stressed, anxious, tired, or having blood circulation problems. Smoking, being overweight, or taking some medications could also cause this. To deal with it, try to relax more often, sleep well every night, stay fit and healthy, and don’t smoke. If none of these works for you, talk to your urologist about what could help.

When you have unprotected sex, there's a risk of pregnancy because sperm can fertilize an egg. At 18, the chances of getting pregnant are there, but it's not a guarantee every time. To be sure, you can consider taking an emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex to reduce the risk. It's also a good idea to visit a gynecologist for a pregnancy test and discuss your options.

Male | 28
Experiencing full hardness during intimate moments with your partner is actually more common than you might think, and there can be various reasons behind it. Sometimes stress, anxiety, fatigue, or even certain medications can play a role in this. It's important to remember that it's a normal part of the human experience, and it doesn't define your masculinity. One practical step you could take is to try to relax, communicate openly with your partner about your feelings, and consider speaking with a sexologist if this issue persists. They can help explore any underlying issues and provide tailored advice.

I have been masturbating for years regularly almost everday someone thrice a day Now my penis is okay while masturbationing remains erectile and hard for a long time but while having sex it looses erection soon as sonn a si enter her vagina why like that everything is okay while masturbation then why not when having sex?
Male | 22
It's actually quite common for some people to experience differences in their erections between masturbation and sex. When you're masturbating, you're the one in control, and the stimulation might be different compared to when you're with a partner. Sometimes, anxiety, stress, or even performance pressure during sex can affect your ability to maintain an erection. It's all part of how our bodies and minds work together. One thing you could try is focusing on relaxation techniques or talking openly with your partner about any concerns you may have. If the issue persists, consulting with a sexologist can help rule out any underlying medical conditions.

It's understandable to feel concerned after noticing some bleeding and abdominal discomfort following a new experience. Such symptoms can happen due to minor irritation or strain during self-exploration. It’s important to stay relaxed, drink plenty of water, and avoid any activities that may cause discomfort. However, if the bleeding continues, or if the pain worsens, I strongly recommend reaching out to a sexologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation.
