Elevated liver enzymes can result from various factors, including fatty liver, as you've experienced. Symptoms like abdominal pain and nausea often relate to liver issues. It's encouraging that your tests showed improvement before but persistent discomfort warrants attention. I recommend keeping a healthy diet, avoiding alcohol, and maintaining a healthy weight. Monitoring your liver function with your doctor is essential. Please consult your gastroenterologist for tailored advice and to explore further testing or treatment options.

It sounds like you're dealing with some discomfort in your stomach, which can be caused by various factors such as diet, stress, or digestive issues. Symptoms like pain and difficulty sleeping can be distressing, but there are ways to help. I recommend keeping a food diary to identify any triggers, staying hydrated, and trying gentle activities like walking. Practicing relaxation techniques may also improve your well-being. If these issues persist or worsen, please consult a gastroenterologist for personalized care.

I am 38 yrs old women suffering with rectal pain. I got treatment for fissure 6 month back and about 2 month i took different medicines for the same. I am still having pain in my anal region and unable to sit in one position as its pain all the time. Visited so many doctors but still the situation is same.
Female | 38
Anal pain is chronic and can be due to unhealed fissures, inflammation, or muscle tension. This is why you must keep the anal area clean and well-hydrated. Have a trial with over-the-counter medications. These might ease your symptoms, but if they persist, I encourage you to go to a gynecologist and get a detailed evaluation.

It sounds like you’re experiencing constipation, which can occur for various reasons, such as inadequate fiber intake, dehydration, or stress. Symptoms may include abdominal discomfort and difficulty passing stool. While medications can help, sometimes lifestyle changes are crucial. Increasing your water intake, eating more fruits and vegetables, and regular physical activity can support digestion. If you haven't found relief soon, I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist. They can offer tailored advice and check for any underlying issues.

MY sister underwent a laparoscopic surgery to remove gall bladder due to stone and found appendix also , was also removed. Now its been 2 months and she is experiencing weight loss and less appetite. when checked blood found SGOT-72.54 AND SGPT 137.47, what is the reason
Female | 27
Your sister's weight loss and reduced appetite after surgery are normal. Her body is adjusting to the change. High SGOT and SGPT blood levels indicate liver inflammation, which is common post-surgery. This also affects appetite. Follow up with her doctor. They may recommend diet changes or medicines to help her recover and regain appetite.
