I am 20 years old female. I have painful urination from last 5 days. Along with that I saw some rashes or ulcers like structure on labia minora region. Also too many ulcers in mouth and on 2 ulcers like things on left hand fingers. My fever always remains between 100-103. And sore throat. I am taking levoflaxacin and lulicanazole cream but no relief. Do I have uti or std or behchets disease?

I got hurt from a plastic chair and a small piece of my skin came off near my foot..It started bleeding but i didn't notice ..when i saw the wound the blood was already dried up so i cleaned it with water and didn't apply anything on it..
