I had taken treatment of scabies( from dermatologist)but some scrotum nodule are arises after 2nd week permerthrin cream application. Before treatment,it spread in my hand , fingers,feet,knee,genetial area , scrotum,penis and may be in head.I uses hot water in 1st application of cream but in next week normal water used. Due to live in PG in kota for study no hot water available (economical condn). washing clothes in normal water only sun is the last hope. Q) Washing clothes in hot water is compulsory? Q) using permerthin cream throught hot water before applying or after 8 hours? Q) Coconut oil with camphor is how much effective? Q) what should I do because of pressure I am confused.

Hi, I had sclerotherapy done on Wednesday last week. My veins look a lot worse, they as re purple and more visible, there is no brusing and they are also quite sore to the touch/I can feel tiredness in my legs. My doctor said I may have had an allergic reaction to the therapy because I am on holiday in a hot country (Brazil) and prescribed me an antihistamine. Will the veins eventually fade or will I need more treatment?
