you can take soft diet till you feel comfortable( till any swelling/ pain/ inflammation subside).

after RcT tooth will become brittle and prone for fracture during chewing, it is advisable to go for crown.

first we need to evaluate the periodontal condition of remaining teeth accordingly the decision can be made regarding type of prosthesis, if adequate bone volume available ( as per CBCT)you can go for implant supported prosthesis.
