Rashes and itching on butt

Rashes in that area can be caused by various things like contact dermatitis from soaps or laundry detergents, fungal infections like jock itch, or even irritation from tight clothing. In fact, sweating and friction can also contribute to this issue. To help ease the discomfort, try wearing loose cotton clothing, keeping the area dry, and using a mild, unscented soap. If the symptoms persist, it's best to have it checked out by a dermatologist to determine the exact cause and get the right treatment.
I cut my wrist a few days ago from threads of a tap, inapplied cipladiene on it and now there is yellow layer on my wound which does not look good

The yellow layer on your wound could be a normal part of healing (called a fibrin layer), but it can also indicate mild infection if it looks thick, has a bad smell, or is painful.
Since it's not looking good to you, it’s best to keep the area clean, avoid touching it often, and consult a dermatologist to check if you need an antibiotic or proper wound care.
Continue applying Cipladine if advised, but don’t ignore any signs of redness, swelling, or pus.
My leg is itching, and red spots are appearing.”

Itchy legs with red spots could be due to an allergic reaction, insect bites, fungal infection, or skin irritation.
Avoid scratching, keep the area clean, and apply a mild moisturizer or anti-itch cream.
If the spots spread, become painful, or don't improve in a few days, consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
