Around 10 days back, I had sever chest pain and left hand along with half shoulder was paining a lot . I went to hospital immediately and got admitted. During investigation, they found BP was shoot up to 210/110 and due to this there was a pain in heart. Doctor gave me anta acidity , B fit tablet and Lonvzep tablet to continue for a week. My 2 D eco report, ECG report are normal. Since yesterday I am feeling uneasy and was having lot of sweating in night . Later it settle down. Can u please guide me how to proceed.

I am 31 years old. I have a middle pain of chest from 1 year. Mostly I have a pain at last part of night in my chest. I go to doctor and he gives me DSR for morning uses. But I have no relief from ending this medicine

As 2d echo report I have MVP with trivial MR . I am taking ecosprin Inthe morning and pre pro IBS capsule in the night. but I am still feeling heaviness and pain in my chest and short breathing . suggest me what should I do . Is there any hi risk of heart attack or failure or any other heart deasess
