Unchanged background of scattered tree-in-bud nodularity seen most prominently in the bilateral lower lobes. Findings are likely due to sequela of low volume aspiration given mildly patulous appearance of the esophagus, concerning for esophageal dysmotility/chronic reflux. Clinical correlation and further evaluation with fluoroscopic guided esophagram may be considered.
