Patient is recovering from chemo. Need guidance on recovery diet

Male | 62

Diet during chemotherapy should include high protein (source of protein is different for vegetarians & non-vegetarians). Fluid intake should be around 2.5-3 liters per day.
The overall diet should be a balanced one which include all types of vegetables, fruits, dairy products, grains, cereals.
Meals can be divided into small portions consumed every 2-3 hrs.
Avoid roadside prepared, fried, spicy and old foods.
Meals should be prepared fresh and be consumed on the same day.

Correct assessment of root cause is very important. Jyada khana is not the key, but eating right with correct nutrition matters. Me 4 mahino se running practice kr rahi hu meri 2400 meters ki race hai 14 minute me lekin me 100 meters pr hi thak jaati hu mujhe bhot kamjori hai me aise medicines chahti hu jisse meri kamjori dur ho gaye . meri paachan shakti bhot weak hai itne dino se practice krne ke baad bhi koi result nhi nikal rha hai

Female | 24

Aapki thakan aur kamjori se ho sakta hai ki aapki diet mein kuch kami ho ya aapko sahi rest nahi mil raha ho. Aapko iron, protein, aur vitamins se bhara khana lena chahiye, jaise daal, ankurit sabziyaan, aur fruits. Hydration bhi important hai, toh paani peena mat bhooliye. Zyada practice se injury ya overtraining bhi ho sakta hai, toh apne routine ko thoda adjust karo. Aakhir mein, professional health advice lena behad zaroori hai, toh ek doctor se milne ki salahiyat zaroor rakhein.

I've recently become a vegetarian and I'm worried about getting enough protein. Can you suggest some high-protein vegetarian foods that I can incorporate into my diet?

Female | 23

Lack of protein can make you feel low and unenergetic. However, there are many plant-based protein sources you can try. Include legumes, beans, tofu, chickpeas, nuts, and seeds in your daily diet. These foods will provide all the protein you need to keep your immune system strong, so you can feel confident and healthy.
