Dept. of Cytology Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology Report Breast lump-right breast--BIRADS IV--examined three smears Site The smears show a very scanty aspirate and very few small cellular clusters of ductular epithelial cells, arranged in Terminal Duct-Lobular units with no myoepithelial cells.. There are many discrete pleomorphic ductular epithelial cells also. Opinion Cytology suggests a Cellular fibroadenoma or Intraduct Carcinoma-FNAC, left breast lump. For clinical and mammographic correlation. Excision is advisable to differentiate cellular fibroadenoma from intraduct carcinoma
Female | 42
The fine needle aspiration report indicates a possibility of either a cellular fibroadenoma or intraductal carcinoma. These conditions can present as breast lumps and are usually benign or less concerning. It is normal to feel anxious, but the next step is important for clarity. An excisional biopsy is advisable to help differentiate between these two possibilities accurately. I encourage you to consult your oncologist for a thorough discussion and to explore any additional tests or imaging.

I'm 19 and I'm a female I have a tumor in my left breast, I don't know when it appears exactly but it's been two years since I noticed it, earlier I had a kind of acne in my breast but I'm not sure if it is the same one, it was big, brown and hurts when I press it but it disappeared by the time, now the tumor get bigger than before and became so painful even without touching it, I didn't notice any discharges or change in the skin yet, in addition to that I'm not able to go and check it in my current location so can you please help me I can't take it anymore.
Female | 19
The painful breast mass you're experiencing could be due to various conditions, such as fibroadenomas or breast cysts, but it’s important to take note of it. However, if the lump has been present for two years and is now growing and becoming more painful, it's crucial to rule out more serious conditions like breast cancer. Since I can’t examine you in person, I strongly recommend seeking medical attention immediately, especially given these changes. The earlier treatment begins, the better the potential outcome.

I had 2 lumps ( fiberdenoma ) on my left breast and it's easily movable ...and I found the lump on November 2023 now also it has not gone ...now I was feeling a lump on my right breast also ...and it also easily movable...not having any health issues anything like that
Female | 22
Fibroadenomas are the predominant cause of these lumps. They are caused by hormonal changes and they are not cancer. They can be discovered on their own due to fluctuating hormones when a woman's period cycles. They are painless, moveable, and without any problem. To be perfectly sure, one should go to the hospital and get it examined thoroughly. Even if it is frequent the hospital may demand additional tests. Keep in mind not to freak out but you'll require a professional check for any changes in your breasts that are unaccountable by logic.

I often get breast pain and tenderness before my periods, especially in the upper outer area. Is it something to worry about or just hormonal?
Female | 27
Cyclical breast pain is common and usually related to hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle. It typically improves after the periods start. Wearing a supportive bra, reducing caffeine, and maintaining a balanced diet help. If pain persists throughout the month, schedule an appointment with oncologist to rule out any doubts.

Experiencing discomfort in the breast can stem from various reasons such as hormonal changes, muscle strain, or cysts. It's also possible that stress plays a role. Common associated symptoms might include tenderness, swelling, or sensitivity. To alleviate discomfort, consider applying a warm compress and wearing a supportive bra. It’s important to monitor your symptoms closely. Should the pain persist, worsen, or be accompanied by other concerning signs, I strongly recommend consulting a gynecologist for a thorough evaluation.

You I have had pain in only one breast since last December. The pain use to come and go. But it’s be straight pain for 4 months now. Sometimes I feel shooting pains and it goes into my armpit and down my arm. My nipple has a skin tag on it. My break has a discoloured spot about two inaches away from nipple. Not on my nipple but really close to it I have little little lumps where thick puss can come out. My nipple itself is not inverted but there is an indent right beside the nipple. Two months ago for about 3 days my gland on my neck right above my collar bone was swollen on the same side as my breast with problems
Female | 25
Pain, shooting pains, skin changes, lumps with pus, and swollen glands are all signs that need attention. All of these could be the result of different things, one of them being infections, the other one being breast cancer, but that is less common. It's vital to have an oncologist look at you and, if necessary, run tests for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Name sarani toppo world like to ask that recently diagnosed with TNBC .PDL-1 test report is positive Is it mandatory to go for immunotherapy
Female | 37
TNBC is a type of breast cancer that is difficult to treat. A positive PDL-1 test could mean that immunotherapy would be effective. You don’t have to, but it can help your immune system fight off cancer cells more effectively. Immunotherapy adjusts your body’s defenses so they can attack the cancer better. Make sure you discuss this with your oncologist though.

I am 29 year female and having pain I'm my right breast not on the whole breast only one side and when I press pain is more .
Female | Lima Bailung
Unilateral breast pain or the heavier side of the breast, when you press in this particular, can be caused by mastitis. Mastitis describes a situation where a milk duct becomes blocked or infected. Further symptoms may involve feeling hot, red, or swollen in the same area. It's crucial to see a healthcare provider who can make the correct diagnosis and treatment. They might give you antibiotics, or do compressions to reduce the pain and swelling with the last alternative. Self-care measures can be an adjunct to medical treatment, thus it should be a priority to seek guidance from a professional in healthcare.

As per sonography report is sates -. Both breast shows---- E/o Small coarse cakcification noted in left breast upper outer quadrant of size approx.. 2.6 mm...?due to old infective etiology or chronic inflammatory So we did mammogram as per report Findings: Both breasts consist of mixed scatured fitroglandular and fatty tissue. (ACR type II) No obvious focal spiculated mass lesion, retraction of tissues or cluster of microcalcifications is seen in either breast to suggest the presence of malignancy. No axillary lymph nodes are noted. Sonomamography screening: Both breast consist of mixed fibroglandular and fatty tissue. No SOL is noted. No duct ecatia is noted. IMPRESSION: No significant abnormality in both breasts. (BIRADS 1). Suggest-Follow up after 1 year for routine check up. Is there any case of worry
Female | 52
According to the tests, there’s no evidence of any major problem such as cancer in either breast, which is fantastic news. The tiny calcification found in the left breast could have resulted from an old infection or inflammation. Currently, there’s no cause for alarm but it’s essential to have another checkup next year to be safe. In case you observe any unusual changes in your breasts before then, please let your doctor know.
