What are the best foods to eat while on chemotherapy

My father has DLBCL type of NHL along with Liver cirrhosis ,ascites and portal hypertension. Is it safe f0or him to take Chemotherapy?

In 2020 ultrasound showed a complex ovarian cyst on one ovary measuring 3cm. The other cyst was normal. There was followup after three months with u-s and mri that showed no increase in size. No further follow ups. I read that complex cysts are at risk for malignancy, particularly for older women, and require monitoring. Wouldn’t that mean every six to twelve months? So my other questions are if EVERY complex cyst should have monitoring? And is it recommended to have oophorectomy and possibly hysterectomy assuming good health with no preexisting conditions? Thank you.

Hello Sir, one of my friends found blood in his stool somewhat in 2020. As it was not regular and didn't cause any discomfort, he ignored this. Just 2 months back the blood stated shown frequently and he began to experience acute pain in his pelvis. And he consulted a doctor. Now he has been diagnosed with stage three rectal cancer. He stays near Dehradun. Doctor asked him to consult some other place. He is devastated now and confused about what to do now. I am asking on his behalf. My masi had whipple surgery in Feb 2021. Since November she has been feeling pain, bloating stomach and cramps but initially she ignored it as it is very common in people. I'm asking on behalf of my sister. She is 61 years old. She had breast cancer treatment in 2012, a mastectomy. 2018 she as diagnosed with still disease.
