Female | 32
The thyroid is a gland in your neck that can sometimes make too much or too little hormone. Tiredness, gaining weight, and anxiousness are all normal. The test you did helps us know the right amount of medicine you need to balance your hormone levels. When you initiate the prescribed medicine, you should be on the road to recovery soon.

In Type 2 diabetes, the body struggles to use insulin effectively, leading to symptoms like increased thirst, frequent urination, and fatigue. Sometimes, insulin therapy can be challenging. If he felt better on oral medications, it might be worth discussing this with his doctor. Adjusting dosages or exploring alternative treatments may help improve his situation. Thyroid parenchyma shows normal vascularity on colour Doppler imaging. Multiple subcentemeter sized cervical lymph nodes seen in the posterior aspect of neck on left side. Few prominent bilateral level II and III cervical lymph nodes largest one measures 22x6mm on right level II and on left side measures 10x4mm in level II. The vascular bundle appears normal bilaterally. Bilateral parotid and submandibular salivary glands appear unremarkable. I want to know about this report
Female | 41
The ultrasound report indicates that your thyroid gland is within normal size and structure, with a small cyst and two benign colloid nodules, which are generally harmless. The presence of some lymph nodes is common and not unusual, particularly if they are small and observed during imaging. While these findings are generally not alarming, it’s wise to discuss them with your endocrinologist to ensure that monitoring or further evaluation is appropriate. Maintaining regular check-ups can provide peace of mind and clarity regarding your health.

Female | 19
Hormonal imbalances with hyperthyroidism can alter your cycle. This may lead to light, scanty menstruation. The good news is that when you return home, it becomes normal again but changes after some time. For you, adjusting medications could be useful in balancing hormones as well as enhancing flow during menses. Have a talk with your doctor about this.

Does fatigue and sleepiness is common side effects of taking liraglutide r-DNA injection ?
Female | 33
Fatigue and drowsiness can occur with liraglutide, often due to its effects on hormone levels and blood sugar regulation. These feelings may improve as your body adjusts to the medication. To manage these symptoms, ensure you're getting enough rest, stay well-hydrated, and maintain a balanced diet. Regular physical activity can also help boost energy levels. However, if you find these issues persistent or troubling, please consult endocrinologist. They can offer personalized advice and assess your situation to ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.

Serum AMH 1.83 Do i have health issue
Female | 29
Having a serum AMH level of 1.83 is actually within the normal range for many people, so it's not necessarily a cause for alarm. AMH, or anti-Mullerian hormone, is a marker of ovarian reserve, which means it gives us an idea of how many eggs you have left. A level of 1.83 could still mean you have a good number of eggs remaining. However, if you're concerned about fertility or planning to have children, it might be helpful to discuss this result with a gynecologist who can provide more personalized advice based on your specific situation.

I am 51 male am extremely active and barely eat but only have gained weight in my belly area. I feel that there is no other explanation other than some kind of medical condition or some kind of hormonal issue. What could it be. Thanks chad
Male | 51
Gaining belly fat even if you are active and eat properly might be the symptom of a condition called insulin resistance. This refers to a situation when your body does not react properly to insulin. The symptoms include weight gain in the belly, tiredness, and wanting to drink more water. To cope with this, take foods in balance, do frequent exercises, and consult a doctor so that they can have a medical check-up for the issue.

AMH - 0.865 Prolactin -19 FSH - 7 Luteinising hormone-LH 10.5 TSH - 2.2022 Age - 29 years Cycle length - 28to 29 days Tested around ovulation day. How many years of natural fertility is left?
Female | 29
Based on your test results and age, your ovarian reserve seems slightly lower than average for your age. This could potentially indicate a reduced number of eggs remaining. However, it's important to remember that these tests are just a snapshot and don't definitively predict fertility. At 29, you still likely have several years of natural fertility ahead. I would recommend discussing these results with a gynecologist for a more personalized assessment. They may suggest further tests or lifestyle changes to support your fertility goals.

Female | 42
When you skip insulin, your blood sugar levels can rise, which isn't good for your health. It's essential to try and maintain stable blood sugar levels. In the meantime, focus on eating a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid sugary and processed foods. Stay hydrated and try to get some light exercise, like walking. But the most crucial step is to get your insulin as soon as you can. It's vital for managing your diabetes effectively.

An elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone may indicate an underactive thyroid, which can lead to fatigue or weight gain. The elevated blood sugar level points towards potential insulin resistance, often linked to lifestyle factors like diet and exercise. The mildly high hemoglobin A1c indicates you're in the prediabetes range. I recommend focusing on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, alongside regular physical activity. It’s also important to consult a healthcare professional for an in-depth evaluation and tailored advice. They can provide the best guidance moving forward.
