Hi doctor My name is waris 25 years old Male It's been a month for me Sore throat and yellow and white blisters on the inner wall of the throat What causes it It only hurts a little while swallowing and it feels like there is something on the inner wall of the throat
Male | 25
You have tonsillitis which is the case when your tonsils become infected and is the reason for sore throat and blisters. The infection is caused by different viruses or bacteria. To support, water in great amounts and warm salt water gargles first need to be healed by abstaining from voice. Over-the-counter pain relief may also provide some comfort. If symptoms continue, it is better to visit an ENT specialist for more tests.

First of all, I woke up with a weird feeling in my mouth. My saliva was extremely dry…I had to try take water but then I realized something shocking. It was initially tough to swallow my saliva like I had a sore throat but that wasn’t it. I felt my uvula come towards my tongue when I tried to gag. I checked the mirror and saw that my uvula got very long just overnight
Male | 24
Uvulitis is when your uvula swells up. The uvula hangs at the back of your throat. Infections, allergies, or snoring while asleep can cause it. You might feel something in your throat. Swallowing may be difficult, and your throat might hurt. Drinking lots of water helps. Gargling warm saltwater soothes. If symptoms don't go away, see an ENT specialist.

Hi my name is Rachael and I went to see the doctor and they said that I have an ear infection I'm my right ear I'm already on antibiotics and ear drops i don't remember the brand of the antibiotics I don't know my medications that I take
Female | 31
An ear infection can cause discomfort, including pain, drainage, and sometimes hearing difficulties. Typically, these are due to bacteria or viruses. Since you're already on antibiotics and using ear drops, you're on the right path for recovery. Make sure to complete the full course of your antibiotics even if you start feeling better. Staying hydrated and resting will also aid healing. If symptoms worsen or persist, please reach out to your ENT specialist for further evaluation.

You may be having a condition called oral thrush. It is the result of a fungus that multiplies in your mouth. Symptoms include a dry throat, white spots on the back of your throat, feeling sick when eating, and pain when eating dry foods. To help, try eating soft foods and avoid sugary stuff. Drink enough water and practice good mouth hygiene. If it doesn't get better, visit an ENT specialist.

I have some undescriable thing on my ear since I was 10 years old
Female | 20
The undescriable THING on your ear could be a cyst.. Cysts can appear at any age, and they are usually benign. However, you should consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. The doctor MAY recommend removing the cyst if it grows or becomes painful.. Try not to irritate the cyst by rubbing or scratching it. Keep the area clean and dry.. Don't worry;; the cyst is likely not a serious health concern..

Female | 58
A sore throat, stuffy ears, cough, and frequent nose blowing suggest you have a common cold or viral infection. These result from your body battling the virus. Dear Doctor, I'm an 18-year-old male. About 15-16 days ago, I had a really bad cold with symptoms including a sore throat, headache, and fever. After 7-8 days, my cold symptoms healed, but I still had a sore throat, hoarse voice, a completely blocked right ear, and I was constantly coughing up green mucus. Four days ago, I visited a doctor and was prescribed moxifloxacin 400mg once a day for 5 days (today is day 3). While my coughing has generally decreased, I still have a sore throat and my right ear is still blocked, although it did briefly open for a few minutes yesterday. This has been ongoing for three weeks, and I'm starting to lose hope as I'm not sure what I have or if I'll get better. In addition to moxifloxacin, here are the other medications I'm currently taking: Nasacort AQ (once a day) - today is day 6 Phenadone (twice a day) - today is day 8 Nexium (once a day) - today is day 6 Ganaton (three times a day) - today is day 6 Seretide Accuhaler Diskus (twice a day) - today is day 8 Polymer Adult Hypertonic 3% (twice a day) - today is day 3 Could you please help me understand what might be causing these persistent symptoms and advise on any further steps I should take? Thank you for your assistance.
Male | 18
When someone coughs up green phlegm, that means they have an infection. Your condition may be because of a stubborn bacterial infection which will need more time to completely clear up. Take your medicine as prescribed and ensure you finish the full course of antibiotics. If your symptoms continue or get worse then I think it’d be wise for you to go to an ENT specialist so they can conduct further tests on you.

I have stuffy and runny nose since 3 weeks, have been using decongestants that provided some relief, but since last 3 days it is worse, continues runny nose all day, at the same time the nose is stuffy and heavy. Mucus from runny nose is mostly clear. In the morning I might cough out some yellow mucus.
Female | 37
You may have sinusitis or a sinus infection. Stuffy and runny nose with clear mucus are common symptoms of sinusitis. The yellow mucus that you cough up in the morning is a sign that it may be bacterial. To relieve congestion, try applying a warm compress across your face and seek medical attention for further assessment.

I am suffering from Allergic Rhinitis for more than a week. This happened many times before. The condition is very uncomfortable. Medicines do not produce immediate effects. I do saline wash and take vaour once in the evening. Is it not possible to get it cured permanently?
Male | 70
Sneezing, stuffy or runny nose, and itchiness are the common symptoms of it. Often Allergic Rhinitis is produced by allergens like pollen, dust mites, or pet hair getting inside your body and irritating your immune system. Unfortunately, the permanent cure does not exist, but managing symptoms with a saline wash, antihistamines, and avoiding triggers may make it more manageable.
