Questions & Answers on "Gastroenterology" (1607)

I am 19 years old … I see blood in my stool … started 2020 I took enterogermina 2020,then December 2021 took tinizol and doxycycline 2021 and I was given Clarthrime and Bonso pile tablet January 2024 but a doctor changed it and told me to take ciprotab instead but today I happened to see blood again I am constipated , I take milk a lot , and I always have bad cramps so I take ibuprofen every month but not more than 2 a month

Female | 19

I recommend seeking medical attention from a gastroenterologist to properly evaluate the cause of the bleeding and develop a treatment plan. Not recommended to self-treat without consulting a doctor, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance and may not address the issue. Additionally taking ibuprofen frequently for menstrual cramps can also lead to gastrointestinal problems.

I am a Female, 35 years of age, weight = 46 kg, height = 166 cm. My b12 level < 125, vit d = 9, I took arachitol 6L injection (single dose) and imbisem xp spray for b12 since last 2 weeks. I was diagnosed with Antral Gastritis and Esophagitis LA grade B in endoscopy in March 2020. Curretly, I am taking VONOMAC 20, LESURIDE 25, and CIZASPA-X empty stomach in morning once, along with IMBISEM XP spray for b12 after lunch. Can I take SORBILINE SYRUP (2 tsp) with these medicines to reduce my digestive troubles and extreme acidity? Is it safe to take this liver syrup with my ongoing gastric medicines (empty stomach daily) and b12 spray?

Female | 35

Sorbiline syrup can be of help in cases of digestive troubles and acidity. The product includes natural extracts from the liver for better digestion. Although it is usually safe to take with your current medications, it is still a good idea to check with your doctor first to avoid any interactions. You should strictly adhere to Sorbiline syrup's recommended dosage.

Tubular lession illeocec junction means

Male | 29

At the junction between the small and large intestines, abnormal growth can occur, resembling a tube with an issue inside. This can cause stomach pain, changes in bowel movements, and sometimes bleeding. The cause is often inflammation or small growths (polyps). Treatment may involve surgery to remove the growth or medications to relieve symptoms.

My sister have annal issue.. A tail like structure comes out partially. He is suffering from partial pain..

Female | 34

Anal fissures cause a tear in the anus lining. Bowel movements become painful. A small piece of tissue sticks out too. Keeping clean, eating fiber, drinking water prevents constipation. That helps a lot. Over-the-counter creams provide relief too. Your sister likely has an anal fissure condition. Symptoms match what you described. Proper care is important for healing. Fiber, water intake, and hygiene make a big difference. Medicated creams also ease discomfort and promote healing.

There are a number of conditions which loose stool may be a symptom, such as infections; food intolerance and inflammatory bowel disease.
