Hello. I was just wondering if this would naturally pass. I accidentally poured too much dry chia seeds( a fourth to almsot half of the bowl) and in mixed instant oats and egg to form a pancake, now im bloated for the entire day and night with sharp pain at the upper abdomen. My stomach is making sounds too Constipated but did have a bowel movement. The pain is still there even after the bowel movement. Do i just keep drinking water? Will this eventually subside naturally?

I had a gastric bypassand have both stomachs. Since then I have kept off the 220 lbs, but have had malabsorption, anemia, Iron defecencies ( needing several infusions over the years) I take cholesterol and B12 injections monthly.
