On 11/4/2023 there was sudden onset of burning pain and heaviness in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. Soon after I developed a fever (that lasted about 8 hours) headache and nausea. The following day I began having diarrhea, however I had my gall bladder remover a couple years ago and my BMs are not very consistent. So this is day 4 and I still have pain diarrhea and nausea along with a loss of appetite(which is very unusual for me) I also thought I should shar that I had a total hysterectomy and oophorectomy in 2020 (Laparoscopic)

I have a question. My boyfriend took 15 multivitamin pills, he is 33 years old, 159cm, around 60-65 kgs. I think he took around 120 mg of iron which those pills had.
