Mild pain in left testis and left leg
Male | 23
The pain might come from a varicocele, like a varicose vein in your testicle. It slows blood flow and causes aching. To help, wear supportive underwear and avoid standing too long. But if pain worsens or you notice swelling or changes in your testis, see a doctor. This rules out serious problems.

Since you don't have a fever, that's a good sign. Weakness in the legs can be due to various reasons, such as dehydration, vitamin deficiencies, or even excessive physical activity. I'd recommend staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet rich in vitamins, and taking some rest. If the weakness persists or gets worse, it would be best to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. Take care of yourself!

It happened for the first time 3/4 days ago and went away automatically in about 20 mins. It happened twice today and again went on it's own. Nothing done to trigger it. A bit of neck pain. Have generalised anxiety disorder and currently tapering off of Paxidep 12.5 . The cramps kind of feel like weakness and dull ache. I can't call it painful as it does not cause pain but a bit uncomfortable.

The swelling and discomfort in your foot may be due to the healing process of your fractures and the deep wound. It's crucial to keep the area clean and protected. For topical care, consider using an antibiotic ointment to prevent infection, but please consult an orthopedist for a personalized recommendation. Besides that, other symptoms such as difficulty breathing, sweating, or nausea may also be present in more severe cases. ASSALAMOALAIKUM my name is arham. Yesterday I fall down from stairs and my thumb starts to soil and I don't know what to do ? And it is like soiled so much?
Male | 18
It sounds like you may have injured your thumb when you fell. Swelling, bruising, or discoloration can occur after a fall due to soft tissue damage or bleeding. It's essential to keep the affected area elevated and apply a cold compress to reduce swelling. Over-the-counter pain relievers can help manage discomfort. If your thumb continues to swell significantly, feels numb, or if you experience severe pain, it’s advisable to consult an orthopedist. They can assess for fractures or other injuries and provide appropriate treatment.

how can i know that my growth plate are closed or open at home
Male | 18
If you want to know if the bone line of your bone is closed or still open, you can see a doctor and get some exams done on it. Typically, if you have completed your growth spurt and there are differences in your body, it might mean closure. Among the known factors are age, hormone fluctuations, and genetics. Nevertheless, the best way to determine that is a physical examination, for instance, an X-ray that the physician can accurately interpret. If you are worried about the development or growth, I advise you to visit an orthopedist who will give you advice and the comfort of your mind by making an examination plan just for you.

What does this MRI mean? Very small right of midline C6-C7 disc herniation. No stenosis. No spinal cord edema or abnormal enhancement. There is a 9 mm right thyroid nodule
Female | 33
MRI with a very small right of midline C6-C7 disc herniation indicates a small protrusion of the spinal disc that lies between the neck bones. There's no abnormal swelling in the spinal cord and no narrowing of the spinal canal. Moreover, the 9 mm right thyroid nodule is seen, which needs to be evaluated by an Endocrinologist. You should book an appointment with an Orthopedist and an Endocrinologist to discuss further diagnosis and treatment.
