My age 22 girl unmarried so me waist There is pain below, above the hips and below the waist. I feel this pain only when I bend and there is no pain in front and back. Why does this happen to me, is it a serious issue and what should I do It doesn't happen much, it's normal, but it definitely happens.
Female | 22
The discomfort may be caused by a strained muscle or a small injury. This can occur when you bend or move in a particular way. It's not typically a serious condition but it can be painful. Rest, use a warm compress, and steer clear of activities that make the pain worse. If the pain lasts or increases, a visit to an orthopedist.

I've noticed that my wrist feels loose or unstable when I apply pressure or pull something or during arm wrestling, but it only happens when I deliberately move it in a certain way. I have noticed it more than 6 months ago.Can you tell me what might be causing this and what I should do about it?"
Male | 15
You have a condition called ligament laxity in your wrist. This means your ligaments are loose and don't support your wrist properly, making it feel unstable in certain positions. This can be due to a past injury or natural hypermobility. To help stabilize your wrist, wearing a wrist brace during activities that trigger symptoms can provide support and reduce instability. Doing special wrist-strengthening exercises can also improve strength and stability over time. Avoid activities that worsen your symptoms, and consult a physical therapist for a personalized treatment plan.

Based on your symptoms, it's important to consult an orthopedic specialist or a rheumatologist. Persistent joint pain, sounds, and discomfort spreading to multiple areas could indicate several conditions, including vitamin D deficiency or other bone/joint disorders. It’s crucial to have a thorough evaluation by a specialist to determine the exact cause and get appropriate treatment. Please visit an orthopedic specialist or rheumatologist for a detailed assessment and proper management of your condition.

I feel like dizzy and stiff back in the early morning. Please suggest a solution for this??
Male | 23
There are many reasons why you might wake up feeling dizzy and with a sore back. It might be that you did not drink enough water before going to bed, or that you slept in an awkward position which caused your back to become stiff. To combat this, try drinking some fluids before falling asleep and refrain from shifting your weight onto alternate sides during the night. Moreover stretching gently upon waking up can help loosen any tight muscles. If none of these solutions work then it would probably be wise to consult a orthopedist.

I think i have pectus excavatum i have a 2.6-2.7 cm concave chest i do not have problem in breathing but i think it might cause problem in future
Male | 17
Pectus excavatum is when your chest sinks inward. It happens because of how your ribs and breastbone develop. Although breathing troubles can happen, you said you're okay there, which is good. To keep an eye on things, talking to an orthopedist is wise. They can suggest the best approach for managing your condition.

I have pain in my hip or buttack and calf are pain
Male | 27
It is clear that you are suffering from pain in your hip or buttock and the calf comes along with pain. This may be because of a situation called sciatica, where the sciatic nerve gets irritated. Symptoms include shooting or burning pain. It is important to rest and not put pressure on the injured area, and the gentle stretching of the muscles to the point of pain is among the most likely options. Preventing activities that cause pain is also a good idea and consulting an orthopedic specialist for more suggestions is obligatory.

Is it fracture when I uploaded xray
Male | 33
Sometimes, fractures can be seen on X-rays, but not always. It really depends on the type of fracture and how clear it appears on the image. Fractures happen when there's a break in the bone, usually due to injury or trauma. If you suspect a fracture and it's not visible on the X-ray, it might be necessary to follow up with your orthopedist for further evaluation. In the meantime, it's essential to rest the affected area, apply ice if there's swelling, and avoid putting weight on it.

Female | 18
These symptoms can happen if a person sits too long without moving around enough or they have some medical problem. You should see an orthopedist about your ankles so we know what’s going on with them. In the meantime try raising your legs up high when you can–this will help bring more blood flow down into your feet. Also, put cold packs on them to ease any swelling and hurt.

The symptoms you described could be indicative of osteoarthritis. This is a condition where the cartilage in your joint wears away, resulting in the rubbing of bones against each other and, subsequently, pain and stiffness. To assist in the control of your symptoms, you can follow gentle exercises to build up the muscles around your knee, apply hot or cold packs for relief, and think of talking to an orthopedist about treatment options such as physical therapy or medications.
