Little toe pain for 4 months
Female | 18
Little toe pain for 4 months is quite a long time. Shoes that do not fit well or a small injury may be the cause. At times, however, some diseases such as arthritis may be responsible for the long-lasting pain as well. To relieve swelling and discomfort, ice the area, rest your foot, and wear comfortable shoes. If the pain persists, it's advisable to see an orthopedist.

Female | 30
You seem to have symptoms of trigger finger. In this case, the finger gets into a bent position and it becomes impossible to straighten out. I suggest you see an orthopedist who is expert in hand and wrist injuries. They will identify the problem and a corresponding treatment method.

Aoa.mera foot fracture hva tha 1 and half month pop remove hve 2o days but continues I feel pain
Female | 30
It's quite common to feel discomfort even after a fracture has healed. When a bone mends, the surrounding muscles and tissues may still be getting back to normal. In fact, lack of movement during the time in a cast can lead to stiffness and weakness, causing pain once it's removed. To help ease your pain, try gently massaging the area, doing some simple foot exercises, and applying ice if it gets swollen. If the pain persists or worsens, it's important to see your orthopedist for a follow-up to ensure everything is healing properly.

You might have damaged the ligament and bone where your left shoulder connects. Therefore, it may result from a fall or a sudden impact. The symptoms may comprise pain, swelling, and inability to move your arm. It is important to stop using your injured shoulder, put some ice on it, and avoid any activities that might aggravate the hurt. Mild workouts and physiotherapy can be beneficial for recovery.

Overall imaging findings are suggestive of basilar invagination causing significant compression effect over the proximal cervical cord resulting in compressive myelopathy along with post surgical changes as detailed. Clinical and prior pre-surgical imaging correlation will be helpful. Degenerative disc disease, predominantly at C2-C3 and C3-C4 levels, resulting in moderate radicular compression, as detailed. DR SAMEERA SALMAN FCPS, MBBS SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
Female | 65
As per the imaging results, it appears that there is a situation called basilar invagination that presses the brain stem on the superior spinal cord, thus causing the formation of a condition called compressive myelopathy. The squeezing action can result in numbness and poor coordination of the body. In addition, the fact that they have degenerative disc disease at C2-C3 and C3-C4 might also be the cause of the nerve root compression. This pain, tingling, or weakness in the arms may occur. You must meet with your doctor so that the best treatment plan which may consist of, physical exercise, drugs or surgery to unburden the spinal cord if necessary can be discussed. It is not something you can overlook if you aim to prevent further complications and have a better quality of life.

I have an ingrown nail in the feet. Now i geel my feet weird and my leg like a tendon ahs been pulled
Female | 44
This occurs when the nail’s edge grows into the skin, resulting in pain and redness. If left untended, an infection can develop. Your strange foot feelings and the pulled-tendon-like sensation in your leg could both be tied to this condition. To help reduce discomfort, soak your foot in warm soapy water and gently massage the area. However, if the pain continues or worsens, it’s a good idea to seek help from an orthopedist.

My child spine bend in born.it will cure by belt/
Male | 12
Your child could have congenital scoliosis - a curved spine. This happens due to abnormal growth before birth. Symptoms are uneven shoulders, or hips. In some cases, a brace helps. But surgery may be needed if the curve is severe. Make sure to see a pediatric orthopedic specialist. They'll discuss the best treatment options for your child's spine.

It's normal to feel some pain and discomfort after your plaster is removed. Your tendon might need more time to heal fully. Female | 18
Judging from the information that you have given, your past back injury and these new symptoms could be linked. Often old injuries can be a cause of problems later. The chest pain and breathing problems may indeed be caused by your spine affecting the nerves and muscles in that part of your body. An orthopedist needs to check everything to make sure you are ok and that you feel better.

Male | 32
The pain at the end of your backbone might be related to your spine or muscles. Weight loss could be from various reasons like changes in diet or underlying conditions. Feeling tired after sleep could point to issues with sleep quality or certain medical conditions. Yellow eyes might indicate liver problems. It's important to get a thorough check-up to pinpoint the exact cause. I recommend scheduling a visit with your physician to discuss these symptoms in detail and run some tests to get a clearer picture of the situation.

It appears you've been diagnosed with low bone density and vitamin D deficiency, which can lead to bone pain, weak muscles, and fractures. A diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, including dairy products, leafy greens, and sunlight exposure, is crucial for bone health. Your doctor may recommend vitamin D supplements to improve your calcium levels. Additionally, maintaining a nutritious diet and engaging in exercises like running and strength training prescribed by your orthopedic doctor can help maintain bone strength and overall health.

I’m 50 yrs old and have been suffering with planters fasciitis for years. It started after working at Home Depot. I seen an orthopedic back in 2002 ish, got an injection and was fine. I then left HD and came back yrs later. Now it’s back and I believe I’m also dealing with Achilles tendonitis. My mother who drove a bus for 30 yrs has also dealt with this for a very long time. She can barely walk and I’ve started limping. I don’t want this to slow me down but the doctors here in Wichita Falls are not much help and my mother hasn’t been able to get any relief in California or now in Arizona. My question is is there anything we can do. I have 6 kids, 3 of which are still in school. I can’t just slow down. And I hate seeing how miserably mother is. We are both taking Duloxitine, which helps sometimes. Besides surgery is there anything we can do?
Female | 50
Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis can be quite bothersome, but there are several ways to ease the pain. Try stretching exercises for your calves and feet, wear supportive shoes, use orthotic inserts, apply ice to reduce inflammation, and take over-the-counter pain relievers. It's also important to avoid activities that make the pain worse.

How to get rid of knee crepitus
Male | 36
Knee crepitus can be from multiple causes. Painless crepitus can be ignored. So, I won't advice for crepitus knee treatment as such.. Crepitus from knee cap problems can be cured with hip and knee strengthening. Crepitus from cartilage irregularities or loose pieces often need minor keyhole surgery. Painful crepitus from arthritis is initially treated with physical therapy and surgery when therapy stops helping.

To alleviate these sensations, rest, gentle stretching, and applying ice can be helpful. It's also beneficial to stay active with light exercise. However, if you notice persistent pain, swelling, or changes in mobility, it's essential to consult a orthopedist. They can provide tailored advice and determine if further examination is necessary.
