My son drink 30ml of Nyquil instead of 15ml. He is 8yr old. weight 44lb and 4ft height.

Male | 8

Medicine is crucial but you must be extremely careful with doses. If your child takes too much, it can make them sick. Your son drank double the recommended Nyquil amount. He will likely feel drowsy, dizzy, and have an upset stomach or headache. The overdose happened because the medicine was too strong for his body size. Give him water right away. Watch him carefully for other symptoms. If he seems unwell, don't hesitate to get medical help.

Diarrhea can lead to dehydration, especially in children, so providing fluids is necessary. You can give your child water but it's essential to do it in small, frequent sips rather than large amounts at once. You can also give ORS to help prevent dehydration.

From and up to what age is chickenpox healthy for children?

Female | 25

Chickenpox is generally more common in children and is often considered a childhood disease. It's most commonly seen in children aged 1 to 12 years. In many cases, getting chickenpox during childhood leads to immunity, meaning that a person is less likely to get it again later in life. However, chickenpox can affect individuals of any age, including adults.

Am I eating enough? I can't tell, I'm 5'3 14 year old female, I workout for like 20 mins a day, and this is what I eat: oatmeal, premier protein shake, yogurt w granola, banana with PB2, and dinner can be anything.

Female | 14

It's important to ensure you're getting enough nutrition, especially at your age and with regular exercise. Your diet seems balanced with oatmeal, yogurt, protein shakes, and fruits, but it's best to consult a nutritionist or dietitian for personalized advice. They can assess your specific needs and recommend adjustments if necessary.
