After nightfall my penis pains
Male | 26
This could be from something called nocturnal penile tumescence, which means your penis gets firm while you sleep. It's normal, but it might feel a bit painful. To stay comfortable, wear loose underwear at night. If the pain doesn’t go away, see a sexologist.

Hello please help me. I have done anal intercourse with no ejaculation but just a penetration. I doubt about pregnancy. The intercourse happened on oct 24th and I have done ultrasound scan at a clinic with both abdomen and transvaginal scans by a doctor at a clinic and no pregnancy is identified. If pregnancy has occurred by the event would it be identified after around 13 weeks at the time of my scan??. Can I believe that I'm not pregnant or should I take any further steps.I have regular bleeding all the 4 months now.
Female | 20
Anal intercourse typically does not lead to pregnancy, especially without ejaculation. Given your regular menstrual bleeding over the past four months, the likelihood of being pregnant is low. Generally, pregnancy can be detected earlier than 13 weeks. However, if you have any ongoing concerns or experience new symptoms, it’s wise to consult a gynecologist for peace of mind.

I have masturbate for 5 years every day and now if I’m ejaculating the amount of sperm that comes out is small. What does it mean would it affect me
Male | 23
When you ejaculate only a small amount of semen, especially after masturbating a lot, it’s like running frequently- your body requires time to produce more sperm. This normally is not a big deal. However, if it hurts when you pee or you have trouble urinating at all then go see your doctor immediately. Try cutting back on how often you masturbate so that your body can have some time off.

It's completely normal to experience some difficulty with erections, especially in intimate situations. The symptoms you’ve described could be due to anxiety or stress, which are common factors affecting sexual performance. Factors like fatigue, emotional concerns, or even issues with confidence can contribute to this. To improve the situation, consider engaging in relaxation techniques, open communication with your partner, and focusing on the overall intimacy rather than just performance. If these difficulties persist, seeking guidance from a sexologist can provide tailored support and reassurance.

Me and my partner had sex using contraceptive and I released white fluid during sex and we have checked that condom wasn't leaking so is that normal?
Female | 21
Yes, it's normal to notice white fluid during sex, as it can be a mix of natural body fluids. Since the condom wasn’t leaking, likely, the contraceptive worked properly. However, if you have any concerns or questions, it’s always good to visit a gynecologist for further advice on safe sex and contraception.

I am facing continues clitoral erections from 3 4 days without other any symptoms what should I do???
Female | 18
Experiencing prolonged clitoral excitement without additional symptoms can be concerning but isn't uncommon. This could be due to various factors such as hormonal changes, heightened sensitivity, or stress. While it may resolve on its own, it's essential to prioritize your comfort. You might consider relaxation techniques or gentle self-care to alleviate any discomfort. However, if this situation persists or causes distress, reaching out to a sexologist is advisable. They can provide a thorough evaluation and offer personalized guidance.

The sperms are come early
Male | 19
When ejaculation appears before the due time, it's mostly known as premature ejaculation. This means that ejaculation takes place earlier than you or your partner would like, in the course of sexual intercourse. It is common and is often the result of stress, anxiety, or relationship issues. Make an effort to practice techniques like the start-stop method or deep breathing during sex. In some cases, therapy might be helpful.

I want to decrease my sexual arousal. Is there any medication for that?
Female | 31
Yes, there are MEDICATIONS to decrease sexual arousal. These medications are called anti-androgens. They work by blocking the effects of testosterone and reducing libido. But without discussing your other hhealth issues it is not possible to prescribe any medicine here as these medications can have side effects and may not be appropriate for everyone. Other methods for decreasing sexual arousal include therapy, meditation, and physical exercise. Hi doctor me and my husband had unprotected sex and I took ipill on Sunday 11:45 PM at night. Later today during heat of moment we had it again (today, Tuesday 5:30 PM). I am very worried and can you please tell me if I need to take another ipill emergency contraceptive pill or it is okay for now.
Female | 25
Taking an emergency contraceptive pill like iPill is meant for emergencies, like the situation you described. I-Pill is effective for a certain period after taking it, usually up to 72 hours. Since you took iPill on Sunday night and had unprotected sex on Tuesday afternoon, you might still be covered by the first dose. However, it's best to consult a gynecologist for personalized advice. They can assess your individual situation and guide you on whether a second dose is needed. Your proactive approach is commendable, and seeking guidance shows responsibility.
